Day 1: Kappad Beach, Kozhikode (Calicut)
On arrival at Calicut International Airport transfer to a resort in Kappad Beach (23 Km), Free & Leisure–enjoy the beach. This is still a pristine & uncrowded beach where 5 centuries back a Portuguese sailor Vasco da Gama landed with 170 men to write a new chapter in Indian history. Welcome to you now!
Day 2 & 3: Wayanad (86 Km from Kozhikode, 3 hours drive)
After breakfast spend some time on the beach, afternoon check out from resort & drive to Wayanad (2100 Meters above sea level) the virgin hill station of Kerala. Check in to the resort, feel at home. After dinner enjoy a night Jeep safari (2 hours) near the resort to spot wild animals.
Day 3: Tholpetty Wild life sanctuary
Before breakfasts enjoy a Jeep Safari in Tholpetty Wild life sanctuary which is a 24 km ride in to the forest. This is a home to several animals like Indian tiger, bison, jungle cat and elephant. The lake inside the sanctuary is the main source of drinking water for the animals. The watchtower here provides beautiful views of the surroundings. Return to the resort for breakfast after safari. Take rest for a while & go for sightseeing again. Visit tribal village in the evening. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 4: Guruvayoor (173 K.ms from Wayanad, 4 hours drive)
After Breakfast drive to Guruvayoor, check in to hotel, Guruvayoor is one of the most sacred and important pilgrim centers of Kerala. Its main attraction is the Sree Krishna temple, the fourth biggest temple in India in terms of the number of devotees per day. According to belief, the temple is the creation of Guru, the preceptor of the Gods, and Vayu, the God of winds. Pay a visit to the temple for evening prayers. Only Hindus are allowed inside the temple.
Day 5: Athirappilly & Vazhachal Water falls (90 Km from Guruvayoor, 2 hours drive)
After breakfast visit Anakotta the biggest elephant sanitarium in the world which is 2 km away from Guruvayoor temple. Nearly 100 Elephants are kept in 10 acres of land. Here you see Elephants of different size & nature, a lot are friendly, some are indifferent & a few are aggressive. These Elephants are the “biggest offerings” of devotees. Then drive to the majestic waterfalls of Kerala. The Chalakudy River bursting forth from the jungles of Sholayar, comes crashing down, plummeting 80 feet to form the dramatic Athirappilly Falls – the waterfalls as spirited and noisy as the forests are dark and silent. The cool spray that covers a large area near the falls makes this area a scenic location. Many eminent film directors used this location for their movies. Overnight stay at Athirappally.
Day 6: Fort Kochi (80 Km from Athirappilly, 2.5 hours drive)
After breakfast, enjoy a city sightseeing drive to Fort Kochi, check in to your hotel and stay 1 night here. A leisurely stroll here through its streets in the evening is one of the best ways to discover all that this town has to offer- each and every nook of this island is steeped in history. Attractions here are Indo Portuguese museum, Chinese fishing nets, Dutch Cemetery, Mattancherry palace, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue (closed on Sundays & Saturdays) and many other things. In the evening–enjoy Kathakali – the exotic and universally popular performing art of Kerala. ‘Mudra & Make-up’ demonstration follows the performance. The two hours pass too soon.
Day 7 & 8 : Munnar Hill Station (127 Km from Kochi, 3.5 hours drive)
After Breakfast Check out from hotel & make a scenic drive towards Munnar (1800 meters above sea level) Enroute Visit Adimali (Wholesale market for spices and cardamom), Many waterfalls, Viewpoint and other wayside attractions. Check into hotel here. Free at leisure.
Day 8: Sightseeing after breakfast, visiting Photo point, Mattupetty Dam, Echo point, Film Shooting point, Kundale Lake, Tea Factory & Museum, Blossom Park & Pothenmedu View Point.
Day 9: Periyar Wild life Sanctuary (90 Km from Munnar & Thekkady 1000-1900 Meters above sea level)
After Breakfast proceed to Thekkady (90 Km from Munnar) a scenic journey past mist capped mountains, spice plantations and open grasslands lined with Spectacular waterfalls ….. On arrival check into hotel, refresh yourself & relax. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 10: Houseboat Cruise (Kumarakom to Alappuzha)
After Breakfast, check out from Hotel & proceed to Kumarakom (112 Km from Thekkady) Check into the Houseboat for a 22 hours cruise till Alappuzha by enjoying narrow canals, Duck farming, Coir making, Toddy tapping, backwater village life ! You pass Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala, here the paddy fields are below the sea level, The boat will be anchored evening at 6:00 pm. All meals are served onboard.
Day 11, 12 & 13: Kovalam
After breakfast disembark from houseboat & drive to Kovalam & check in to the hotel. Kovalam is an internationally renowned village with three adjacent crescent beaches. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for Swimming, Surfing & other activities. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse, water sports. Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, and catamaran cruising are some of them. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into midnight.
Day 12: Tour in Kovalam & Thiruvananthapuram city sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel leave for city tour of Trivandrum visiting the ancient temple of Sri Padmanabhaswami, adjacent Horse Palace, Museum, Priyadarshini Planetarium, Zoo and also visit Napier museum, Sri Chitra Art Gallery and Botanical Gardens. Evening at leisure.

Sree Padmanabhaswami temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu who reclines on the sacred serpent Anantha is located in Thiruvananthapuram, Capital of Kerala. This largest and most renowned temple in Kerala is a pilgrimage centre as well as one of the major attractions in the city. There are innumerable pillars, intricate carvings and mural paintings of natural pigments. The temple houses a seven storied tower called ‘Gopuram’, it is a typical Dravidian architectural feature which is adorned with splendid array of different gods, goddesses, nymphs, sprites and demons.
Kuthiramalika Palace Museum: This palace is next to the Padmanabha swami temple, and is one of the fine examples of architecture of Kerala. The museum hosts a rare collection of mannequins, paintings, mirrors, chandeliers, furniture and other items. The royal thrones in ivory and Bohemian Crystal makes for few of the most attractive pieces of art in the museum.
Napier Museum: The Museum is named after a British India’s governor Lord Francis Napier. Napier Museum has an amazing natural system to air condition bearing the testimony to the technological progress of that period. This museum also houses one of the best oldest zoological gardens in the world.
Sree Chithira Art Gallery, Shanmugham Beach, Veli Tourist Village, Science & Technological Museum, The Marine Aquarium and Vizhinjam Fishing Harbour are other nearby attractions.
Day 13: Kanyakumari Day Tour
After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari & visiting Padmanabhapuram Palace, Suchindram temple, Vivekananda rock & Triveni Sangam. The town is at the southernmost tip of India surrounded by 3 oceans, Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea & Indian Ocean and is especially popular for its spectacular and unique sunrise and sunset, thanks to its being nearly surrounded by oceans. On pleasant, full-moon evenings one can also see the moon-rise and sunset at the same time. The nature of the sand in the beaches of Kanyakumari is also unique as it is multicolored. After Sunset drive back to Kovalam.
Day 14: Departure Transfer.
