Itinerary:
Day 1& 2: Cherai Beach (25 Km from Kochi, 1.5 hours drive)
On arrival transfer to Cherai Beach of Vypin Island. Check in to the resort & enjoy the 10 Km long Golden Beach on one side & serene backwaters on the other side.
Cherai Beach:
The Arabian Sea on the West and backwaters on the East give this upcoming tourist destination uniqueness which can be seen only in Kerala.  Enjoy this “ Princess of the Arabian sea ” who certainly entice you with her exotic charm,  serene backwaters, swaying coconut lagoons, lush green paddy fields and Chinese fishing nets. The beach here is shallow, calm and is ideal for swimming & sunbathing.
Day 3: Athirappally & Vazhachal Waterfalls (65 Km from Cherai Beach, 2 hours drive) 
Morning drive to the majestic waterfalls of Kerala, check in to the hotel.
Athirappally Waterfalls:
The Chalakudy River bursting forth from the jungles of Sholayar, comes crashing down, plummeting 80 feet to form the dramatic Athirappilly Falls. This waterfalls are spirited and noisy, but the forests from where the river is coming are dark and silent. The cool spray that covers a large area near the falls makes this area a scenic location. Many eminent film directors used this location for their movies. Overnight stay at Athirappilly.
Day 4: Fort Kochi (75 Km from Athirappally, 2 hours drive)
After breakfast a city sightseeing drive to “Old Kochi” also called Fort Kochi, the historical town. Overnight stay at Fort Kochi.
Fort Kochi:
Fort Kochi was an obscure fishing village that became the first European township in India.  A leisurely stroll through its streets is enough to discover all that this city has to offer – each and every nook of this island is steeped in history. There is always something interesting awaiting you like its natural harbor and historical sites. The town was shaped by the Portuguese, the Dutch and later the British. The results of these cultural influences still exist here. Attractions here are Indo-Portuguese museum, Chinese fishing nets, Dutch Cemetery, Mattancherry palace, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue and many other things. A boat ride across the breathtaking blue lagoons and backwaters offers a glimpse of Kochi’s rural life and its inherent beauty.
In the evening (If interested)–enjoy Kathakali – the exotic and universally popular performing art of Kerala. ‘Mudra & Make-up’ demonstration follows the performance. The two hours pass too soon.
Day 5: Houseboat Cruise: Alappuzha (52 Km from Kochi, 2.5 hours drive)
After breakfast check out from hotel & go for an enchanting rice boat cruise on the backwaters in Alappuzha. Enjoy the picturesque cannals, backwater duck farming, Toddy tapping, Coir making, lakes and lagoons with all meals onboard & much more to make your voyage memorable. Overnight stay in A/c Houseboat.
Day 6 & 7: Varkala Beach (120 Km, 2.5 hours drive from Alappuzha) 
Disembark from houseboat after breakfast & drive towards Varkala & check in to hotel.
Varkala:
Varkala, a calm and quiet hamlet, lies in the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram district. This dramatic location, coupled with comparatively low-key development, makes Varkala a more appealing place to enjoy a serene beach holiday. Beautiful cliff beach, 2000 year old Vishnu temple and Sivagiri Mutt are some of the attractions; really worth for a 2 nights’ stay.
Day 8: Kanyakumari- the ‘Lands End of India’ (I40 Km, 3.5 hours drive)
After breakfast drive to Kanyakumari (Lands End of India) where the Confluence of 3 oceans (Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal & Arabian Sea) occurs, Check in to the hotel.
Kanyakumari:
The city is at the southernmost tip of India surrounded by oceans is especially popular in India for its spectacular and unique sunrise and sunset. On pleasant, full-moon evenings one can also see the moon-rise and sunset at the same time. The nature of the sand in the beaches of Kanyakumari is unique as it is multicolored.Padmanabhapuram wooden Palace (400 years old), Gandhi Memorial, Kanyakumari Devi Temple, Vivekananda rocky island & Suchindram temple are other attractions. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 9 & 10: Poovar Island (70 Km, 1.5 hours drive)
If interested wake up early to see the Sunrise for Surya Namaskaram. After Breakfast visit Suchindram temple and proceed to Poovar Backwater Island for a 2 night’s holiday with golden sands & Neyyar river.
Poovar:
After 90 minutes drive from Kanyakumari a short and a scenic backwater cruise will take you to an Island Resort here, check in. Poovar is a small coastal village enveloped in serene backwaters & flanked by the Arabian Sea on the East.  Swaying coconut palms, endless golden sands, the ultramarine of the ocean, emerald backwaters, crimson sunsets and lush green vegetation create a magical ambience around you. As & when you wish, take the ferry to enjoy the beauty of enchanting Neyyar river & Poovar’s golden sands beach.
Please Note: If you are an expert swimmer try the Arabian Sea of Poovar.  
Day 11, 12 & 13: Kovalam (19 Km, 30 minutes drive)
Proceed to Kovalam after breakfast, check in to the hotel & unwind yourself. Check in to hotel on reaching Kovalam.
Kovalam:
Kovalam is an internationally renowned village with three adjacent crescent beaches. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for Swimming, Surfing & other activities. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse, water sports. Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes (seasonal) and catamaran cruising are some of them. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into midnight. All beach restaurants sell seafood of your choice to make your evening delicious.
Day 12: A half day Thiruvananthapuram (CApital of Kerala) city sightseeing.

Shangumugham Beach:
It is an evening leisure destination for the local tourists. This beach is very close to Thiruvananthapuram airport, offers lots of fun for kids. Veli Boat club & tourist village is very close to this place. Boating facilities and children park are the attraction here.
Sree Padmanabhaswami Temple:
Sree Padmanabhaswami temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu who reclines on the sacred serpent Anantha is located in Thiruvananthapuram. This largest and most renowned temple in Kerala, is a pilgrimage centre as well as one of the major attractions in the city. There are innumerable pillars, intricate carvings and mural paintings of natural pigments. The temple houses a seven storied tower called ‘Gopuram’, it is a typical Dravidian architectural feature which is adorned with splendid array of different gods, goddesses, nymphs, sprites and demons.
Kuthiramalika Palace Museum: 
This palace is next to the Padmanabha swami temple, and is one of the fine examples of architecture of Kerala. The museum hosts a rare collection of mannequins, paintings, mirrors, chandeliers, furniture and other items. The royal thrones in ivory and Bohemian Crystal makes for few of the most attractive pieces of art in the museum.
Napier Museum: 
The Museum is named after a British India’s governor Lord Francis Napier. Napier Museum has an amazing natural system to air condition bearing the testimony to the technological progress of that period. This museum also houses one of the best oldest zoological gardens in the world.
Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Shanmugham Beach, Veli Tourist Village, Science  and   Technological Museum are also in Thiruvananthapuram. The Marine Aquarium  and  Vizhinjam Fishing Harbour are other nearby attractions to Kovalam.
Day 13: Free at leisure in the beach.
Day 14: Departure Transfer to Thiruvananthapuram Airport/R.Station
