Day 1: Delhi – Shimla (343kms, 7 to 8 hrs drive)
Arrive at Delhi/Ambala you meet and greet by our representative. After welcome, Drive to Shimla – the land of pine scented hills, beautiful peaks, crisp winter skies, fragrant cedar forests, romantic mists and golden hillsides. On arrival check into your hotel. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla
This morning after breakfast you will be driven to Kufri Valley – located 16 kms from Shimla, it commands a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas. Rest of the day is free to explore Shimla’s famous Mall Road. Overnight in Shimla.
Day 3: Shimla – Manali (260kms, 9 to 10 hrs drive)
After early breakfast proceed to Manali. Pass by Pandoh Dam, Beas river, Sutlaj River, Beas Sutlaj Link Project, Kullu Valley and Dassehra Maidan. On arrival check into your hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Manali.
Day 04: Manali – Rohtang Pass – Manali
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Rohtang Pass, located 51 km from Manali, 3978 meters high, which for centuries was the gateway to the trading routes that led to Lahaul, Ladakh and Central Asia. From the crest of the pass, one can take in a sweeping panorama of Mountain Ranges, Pinnacles, precipitous cliffs, ridges, huge glaciers, moraine and deep ravines. Return to your hotel in the evening. Overnight in Manali.
Rohtang Pass: The literal translation is for this 13,000 feet high destination, Rohtang pass is ‘Pile of corpses’, for all the people who lost their lives while crossing the pass and yet in the recent times it has become one of the most popular tourist spot. And the destination is attracting thousands of people with its captivating beauty. Rohtang pass happens to be one of the few spots in India where one can go skiing as it snows for almost all the months of the year. But, it is closed for 6 months every year so be ready to witness swarms of people in the other 6 months waiting to explore this.
Day 5: Manali
After breakfast, visit the Jagatsukh Naggar Art Gallery, Hadimba Devi Temple and the Tibetan Monastery before proceeding to Vashisht village, just outside Manali, across the river Beas, known for its hot sulphur springs whose water is said to have curative properties. Return back to the hotel in the afternoon. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Manali.
Day 6: Manali – Chandigarh (305 k.ms, 7 to 8 hrs drive)
After early breakfast proceed to Chandigarh. Enroute visit Rock Garden, Rose Garden and Pinjore Garden. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Chandigarh – Delhi (238 k.ms, 5 hrs drive)
After breakfasts proceed to New Delhi and drop you the point you desire.
